DELIVERY INFORMATION

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

We will email you to notify that your order has been dispatched. You should also receive an email from the courier with tracking information.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use a range of couriers depending on the items you order and where you are located for delivery. 

MY FULL ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED/MISSING ITEMS/PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We dispatch from 2 warehouse locations in the North-West, and your order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates. Items that are listed as Pre-Order with a “Dispatched by” date on the product page will also be dispatched separately, by the date specified. You will receive a separate dispatch email with tracking details when each part of your order ships.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items that are listed as Pre-Order with a “Dispatched by” date on the product page will be dispatched separately from in-stock orders, within 7 working days of the date specified.

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY CHARGES

Larger items like Furniture (including Garden Furniture) and Rugs will be shipping separately, if you have multiple large items in your basket these may be delivered separately.

If your order contains multiple large items, you will only pay one large item delivery charge for this purchase.

Premium Large Item Delivery, order by 2pm for dispatch within 1-2 working days

ITEM RESTRICTIONS

Unfortunately we are only able to offer Mainland UK delivery on some larger items and items that are dispatched from one of our selected suppliers. If a specific product has restrictions, it will be displayed on the specific product page. If you try to checkout with these items, you will receive an error and must remove these products from your cart before continuing. This includes but is not limited to; Furniture, Garden Furniture & Selected Rugs
