We operate the website www.onlinehomeshop.com (“our website”) and also sell our products via eBay.

8. International Transfers

Some of our external and specific third parties are based outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.

10. How long will we keep your information for?

  • Where we collect your personal data in connection with an order submitted by you, for up to 7 years following delivery of such order.
  • Where we collect personal data because you are a member of our mailing list, 12 months following your previous activity. For this purpose ‘activity’ shall mean opening a message from us, clicking through from an online advertisement and browsing our website.
  • Where we collect technical information about you, for 12 months following its initial collection.
  • Where we collect your personal data because you have submitted an enquiry to us, 12 months following submission of your enquiry.

 

In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

11. Your legal rights
