HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
We will email you to notify that your order has been dispatched. You should also receive an email from the courier with tracking information.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use a range of couriers depending on the items you order and where you are located for delivery. We use Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD & DHL.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I CHOOSE NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Any orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Delivery will be the next working day (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered in 2 working days. If you place your order after 2pm on a Friday, it will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
MY FULL ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED/MISSING ITEMS/PRE-ORDER ITEMS
We dispatch from 2 warehouse locations in the North-West, and your order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates. Items that are listed as Pre-Order with a “Dispatched by” date on the product page will also be dispatched separately, by the date specified. You will receive a separate dispatch email with tracking details when each part of your order ships.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are listed as Pre-Order with a “Dispatched by” date on the product page will be dispatched separately from in-stock orders, within 7 working days of the date specified.
ITEM RESTRICTIONS
Unfortunately we are only able to offer Mainland UK delivery on some larger items and items that are dispatched from one of our selected suppliers. If a specific product has restrictions, it will be displayed on the specific product page. If you try to checkout with these items, you will receive an error and must remove these products from your cart before continuing. This includes but is not limited to; Furniture including Beds, Wardrobes, Drawers, Garden Furniture, Air Fryers, Christmas Trees & Fans.
